Helnan Mamoura Hotel & Events Center

We loved our stay at this hotel! From start to finish our experience exceeded expectations! The hotel and property are beautiful - well kept, stylish, welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and classy. The convenience was also one of my favourite things - we never had to worry about parking, the Wi-Fi works everywhere on the property, which made it so much easier to work and relax. The staff was well above average. We met so many lovely people and everyone who worked there demonstrated good manners, was friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel settled and at home. The staff and their hospitality is one of the things that means so much to me about this property. This was our second stay at this hotel and somehow they are doing a great job of improving everything. It is a place that we want to call a home away from home. I don’t want to wish away time, but we can’t wait to stay here again - I would encourage anyone looking for a relaxing, quality hotel experience to consider this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at Helnan, even if it was just for one night in the winter. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, with a soothing blend of blue and beige tones that added to the hotel’s elegant charm. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. I also loved the private beach—clean, peaceful, and a great spot to enjoy the view. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Very new, modern and luxurious hotel befitting its 5 star status. We really appreciated the architecture, decor and finishes. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in Egypt. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious with nice amenities.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Mai at the reception for her warm welcome and professionalism—she made check-in smooth and pleasant. Hello 👋 all the room are arround the pool 100 % new and clean 😀 this is the second time here and the hotel is new 👌 everything i like in the room plus it is always no noise when it is not summer and i respect GM's who make 👏 the special rate for Egyptians paying with the Egyptian pounds as the local law in the central bank of egypt 🇪🇬 and the tourism local policy for egyption special rate which i know from 25 years tourism, special thanks & appreciated much .
